Differences (Δ) between median fluorescence intensity (MFI) values: ΔN-P (negative controls at 4 °C - positive controls at 37 °C) represents the amount of fluorescent dye effluxed at each time point, ΔP-V (positive controls at 37 °C - cells treated with Vinblastine at 37 °C) represents the reduction of dye effluxed in presence of Vinblastine in CIPp and CIPm. Asterisk indicates a significative difference between the two cell lines in the same condition (Student’s t test p < 0.05)
